The LandAI MCP connection lets an AI assistant request supported LandAI property tools on behalf of a connected account. An active LandAI Premium entitlement is required. Availability of a connection does not imply property coverage outside supported U.S. counties or access to unsupported data.
You approve a connection before it can use your account. The connection uses a revocable credential instead of sharing your LandAI password with the assistant. You can disconnect it in LandAI. Subscription access and the allowance are checked for each tool request.
Property-detail, recorded-owner and boundary-image requests use the existing Premium parcel allowance. A new property reservation uses one credit. Matching requests for the same parcel and request identifier within the billing period can share a reservation. Address searches, usage summaries and neighboring-parcel identifiers without owner details do not debit parcel credits. Requesting neighboring owners uses one credit per returned neighbor and should be approved before that request runs. An attempt can count even if a data provider fails or returns no usable result.
The MCP does not sell subscriptions, provide checkout or add a separate ChatGPT connection fee. Existing LandAI subscription terms and billing arrangements continue to apply. No refund of a lookup credit is promised by this draft.
Owner results identify the recorded owner, not verified current residents. Records can be incomplete or out of date. Boundary images illustrate the geometry returned for the parcel; they are not a survey or satellite image. Confirm important property facts and boundaries with the relevant records authority or a qualified professional. Neighbor results are bounded and do not support county-wide owner exports.
Requested results and images are returned to the AI service you connect. Its terms and privacy controls apply to its handling of conversations and results. An AI-generated answer can contain errors; review the source data returned by LandAI. LandAI does not control the AI provider's conversation retention or training settings.
Use supported tools within your account's allowance. Do not use the connection to evade account limits or access controls, harass people, or misrepresent recorded owners as confirmed occupants. The connection does not supply private occupant contact information or bulk county owner lists. Help is available through LandAI support.
